It's transfer day...

Calm your horses, actually dont, ride em like in honor for me! Transfer news tutti!

After painfully waiting 36 hours longer than normal, the news came. I will be staying in Rimini with Sorella Burkman. We were absolutely thrilled to hear this! We had the best transfer together and it flew by. Then came the second part of the news, we are adopting! Yes, we are getting one, just one, additional sorella. Hahaha this makes three in our companionship! This will be an adventure because 3  people fit on the park benches where we teach most of our lessons, now with 3 sorelle........i do believe i will be one cheeking in for the next 6 weeks. Hello toned future thighs....We will be receiving Sorella Irwin, who is the same transfer as me. I know her from the MTC and  she is an opera singer. Guess who cant hit note, well you all know, so I wont be singing for the next 6 weeks either! haha but She was trained by Sister Emily Stewart so that is fun! 1st warders of the stake unite!

In other news, a few miracles we saw this week.

1) WE HAVE AC!!!!!! Emilio came over last night to help us make room for the new sister and he points to this mysterious box on the ceiling and says, "You like the ac?" I wept sweet, sweet tears of utter joy. So what did we do, we pulled our mattresses to the hallway and slept directly under it. Best night of sleep I have ever had, ever. God bless the ac.
"This is where we slept once we found the AC!!!!"

"I should have known. Find Jesus to find the AC. derrrr"

2) Saidai is a woman from Madagascar who we met during a lesson with her cousin. She has wanted a BoM for a long time but couldnt figure out how to get one and then we just showed up! We set up a return appointment and brought her her own copy. When we gave it to her, she squealed like a school girl and threw her arms around me! Best feeeeeeling ever. I basically went to the church after to fill the font........

3) Louisa, I have mentioned before but she literally owns my heart. Most oof the world has given up on her but she is so much happier now then when we first met her. This week, we decided we just wanted to sing a few hymns for her and leave our testimonies. We sang Abide WIth Me Tis Eventide and she had tears in her eyes. THen we sang I Need THee Every Hour and she tried singing along. WE moved to sit right next to her and she grabbed our hands and we sang together. I was fighting tears because of how much this woman with not a tooth in her mouth means to me. Louisa Ricci has my heart.

So that is a little bit about Rimini this week. Seems that all is well at home, and Becca is going to join the ranks of the field missionaries!  I welcome thee my dearest sister. Now prepare yourselves for the miracles, two sister alleys in the field.

Happy Pioneer day!
