Happy Thanksgiving!

"Richerd, 11 and Maria, 50. Thank you Dominican Republic."
I have much to be thankful for, especially the four baptisms on last Saturday! Maria, Richerd, Dino (taught by the elders) and Edem. President surprised us by coming as did Elder Oscarthorpe and Ridd. Yes, the general authorities of Sunday school and ym. But the baptisms went off without a flaw and 4 more souls have been added to the kingdom of God. I  couldn't help but think of Hermana Alley, sweating and having her own baptism the same day. We are so far apart from each and the family but this is our purpose - to invite others to come unto Christ. We are getting work down! Good job boo! Well, the next day they were confirmed members in sacrament with again the general authorities in presence. My favorite line i have ever heard, "Receive the Holy Ghost." Major chills after hearing it four times. Funny story, because I conduct the hymns (hahahahaha) in sacrament, i get up after the confirmations to lead the sacrament hymn. Halfway through, I totally get lost in my thoughts about the epic magnitude of the spirit and naturally, got lost leading. So I apparently thought it was a good idea just to close my book and begin to sit down. When I realize Sorella Killpack is still playing the piano, I let out a huge "ahhhhhhh no!!!" jump up and try to pretend like nothing happened. Clue every red blood cell in my body to swim toward my face. I couldn't stop giggling and blushing. I am sure the general authorities appreciated it.....

"Ezequiel, from argetina, 16 baptized Richerd and Maria
was baptized by  the ward mission leader, Fratello  Bogdonav. "
This little holiday that you will be celebrating is known as Il giorno di ringraziement! We decided that we wanted to celebrate it with a few of our members and new converts! So, the senior couple in our ward, the Molinari's, and us Sorelle, planned a fantastic evening of American food. We had the usual and even added ants on a log (Italians thought it was horrible) and banana bread!  We played uno and because I am an Alley, naturally, I taught everyone spoons and Ezequiel ended up having to act out the pig. It was a wonderful evening and many thanks were felt and shared. My favorite was Maria and Richerd. They shared that they were thankful for the angels that came into their lives....tears. Seriously I have so much to be thankful for, especially all you goons at home who are so supportive. I love you all!

Transfer news, i will be staying in Lodi and be receiving a young sorella named sorella Smart. Sorella Killpack will be leaving to Reggio Emilia. So Our six weeks have come and gone and a new adventure begins! I love you all! Happy thanksgiving!
